Why Shenzhen Leads the Global EMS Infrastructure

In the realm of Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), proximity to components, base materials, and raw copper manufacturing is critical. Shenzhen houses the world's most dense cluster of component distributors, design houses, and hardware engineers. This concentration allows factories like STHL to solve component obsolescence, execute design modifications, and run fast-turn prototyping cycles within a fraction of the time required in western regions.

By partnering with STHL, companies transition from a simple transactional "China PCB order service" model to a strategic manufacturing alliance. We utilize localized ecosystem integration to source hard-to-find chips directly from authorized manufacturers and verified brokers, ensuring component legitimacy while safeguarding production timelines.

Expertise in SMT PCB Assembly

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is the backbone of modern electronics, demanding absolute accuracy at micro-scale. At STHL, we handle a wide range of advanced components, including:

  • Ball Grid Array (BGA) and Ultra-Fine BGA (uBGA): We have the expertise to handle these complex components with precision, ensuring reliable connections down to tight pitch tolerances.
  • QFN, QFP, SOIC, and PLCC Packages: Our advanced high-speed placement equipment tackles various surface-mount package types efficiently.
  • Package-on-Package (PoP) and Small Chip Packages: We're equipped to handle even the most intricate components with tight pitch spacing, micro-BGAs, and 0201/01005 passive chips.

But our commitment to quality goes beyond component expertise. We utilize advanced inspection techniques, including Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), and X-Ray inspection, to guarantee flawless assembly and solder joint integrity.
