Can we supply our own components for prototype assembly?
Yes, we offer both fully turnkey solutions and partially consigned/consigned options. If consigning parts, please ensure they are shipped in anti-static packaging with at least 5% extra components (or a minimum of 5-10 extra pieces for passive chips) to cover setup and machine wastage.
What file formats do you require for quotation and manufacturing?
For PCB fabrication, we accept standard Gerber RS-274X, Gerber X2, or ODB++ formats. For assembly, we also require a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel format (specifying Designators, Manufacturer Part Numbers, Description, and Package) and a Centroid Pick-and-Place coordinates file.
How does STHL support RoHS and environmental compliance?
