How do you mitigate component sourcing risks and counterfeit parts?

We source active and passive parts directly from original component manufacturers (OCMs) or authorized franchises. All inbound parts undergo strict optical inspection and testing in our quality labs, with full traceability documentation retained.

What testing capabilities do you apply to PCBA projects?

Every single board passes through 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI). For high-density BGAs, we use 3D X-Ray (AXI). Additionally, we provide In-Circuit Testing (ICT), custom Functional Testing (FCT), environmental burn-in, and temperature cycling tests.

What are your minimum order requirements (MOQ)?

We maintain an open-volume policy. We support high-mix, low-volume prototype builds as well as high-volume runs containing thousands of complex assemblies to meet diverse engineering needs.

Do you offer Box Build and full turnkey product integration?

Yes. STHL specializes in turnkey box build services. This includes PCB assembly, cable and wire harness integration, enclosure assembly (plastic or metal), final functional testing, labeling, and direct-to-customer packing.

What PCB materials and stackups do you support?

We process standard FR4, high-Tg FR4 (such as Shengyi or Rogers substrates), halogen-free substrates, aluminum-clad core boards for high power LEDs, flexible copper clads (FCCL), and rigid-flex configurations up to 32 layers.
